Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with strong expertise in Business Architecture to lead strategic business transformation initiatives
Job Description
- Lead and develop comprehensive business architecture frameworks aligning with organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive business transformation programs by translating business needs into architectural solutions
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Utilize extensive experience to influence and guide enterprisewide business architecture practices
- Support strategic decision-making by providing insights on business capabilities and value streams
- Mentor junior business architects and contribute to capability building within the team

Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and internal teams to gather and validate business requirements
- Develop and maintain business capability maps, value stream maps, and other architectural artifacts
- Lead workshops and discussions for requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and negotiation
- Ensure business architecture deliverables meet quality standards and align with industry best practices
- Drive analysis and design phases of business architecture in transformation projects
- Act as a vocal and client-facing representative demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Collaborate across geographies including UK, Europe, and India to support global initiatives
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to case studies and knowledge sharing within the organization
