Business Architect, Hybrid London, £85k
The Senior Business Architect will help build a new Business Architecture practice supporting a major transformation programme. The role focuses on shaping business architecture, establishing standards and ways of working, and enabling efficient, sustainable organisational change.
People Management and Leadership

- Building the team

- Overseeing delivery
- Developing the team
Business Architecture Practice
- Working with the Head of and other leaders
- Developing a strong, high performing function
- Creating consistent ways of working, methodologies and delivery approaches
- Developing and leading the application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools, service patterns and business journey blueprints

Designing and Assuring Transformation and Change deliverables
- Providing the architectural input for design and assurance outputs and assurance
- Ensuring solutions enable delivery of target outcomes and deliverables

What you'll bring:
- Senior level, broad experience of Business Architecture practice development and deployment. Includes development, application and continuous improvement of business architecture tools and tooling in a large, complex operating model setting.
- People Leadership, Management and Team development experience. Ideally experience in creating teams from scratch.
- Experience and knowledge in clienting professional services partners to deliver successful outcomes.
