This is an exciting time to join us. You’ll play a key part in delivering meaningful change that will benefit over 50,000 colleagues across Boots, helping to embed new technology and ways of working that will support our colleagues and the business for years to come.

This is a key role in ensuring successful delivery of the People Transformation programme. Forming part of the Business Architecture network across the programme, this role ensures that the processes for the Compensation workstream are designed and aligned to business objectives and deliver against the functional requirements. The role will input into and capture future state process design enabling the People Function teams to deliver efficiently.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders across the People Transformation programme, including inputting into change impacts, operational model design, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Compensation Workstream Lead and broader Business Architect network to ensure business processes meet requirements.
  • Support the Workstream Lead with process design decisions, ensuring integrity within the design.
  • Participate in design workshops to identify business needs and opportunities for process efficiencies.
  • Document future state processes and contribute to design configuration workbooks.
  • Engage with the wider Process Owner network to ensure awareness of potential impacts of the programme.

What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)

  • Knowledge of Reward processes.
  • Ability to navigate between big picture and small detail throughout the project.
  • Detail-oriented with a user experience focus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Critical thinker, willing to challenge for process improvement.
  • Ability to operate under tight deadlines.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience in BPMN or previous process mapping.
