As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business strategies with innovative solutions. Your insights will help us build a brilliant Boots for our people and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business architecture frameworks that drive organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback.
- Analyse current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
What You’ll Need To Have
- Proven experience in business architecture or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive approach to driving change and innovation.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
