As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business strategies with innovative solutions. Your insights will help us build a brilliant Boots for our people and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business architecture frameworks that drive organisational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Analyse current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.

What You’ll Need To Have

  • Proven experience in business architecture or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to driving change and innovation.
