The Business Assistant will mainly work close to the Managing Director and is a trusted business partner responsible for improving leadership effectiveness by providing high-level executive support, business coordination, data analysis and operational reporting.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, digitally confident and commercially aware, capable of managing executive priorities while using technology to improve business performance. A key aspect of the role is developing management reporting, potentially including Power BI dashboards and business insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Director's complex diary and priorities including client EA/PA point of contact
- Coordinate meetings across internal teams, customers and suppliers.
- Prepare agendas, presentations and briefing packs.
- Record minutes and ensure actions are completed.
- Support leadership meetings and Executive reviews.
Business Coordination
- Coordinate diary management for Sales and Operations Directors
- Organise customer visits, VIP events and business functions.
- Support strategic projects.
- Track key business initiatives.
- Produce presentations and business reports.

Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Analyse business data.
- Produce KPI reports.
- Improve data quality.
- Create automated reporting.
- Present business insights
Requirements
- Previous working experience in an Executive/ Business Assistant role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in working with Advanced Microsoft 365, Power BI and Sharepoint.
- Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
- Experience with Power Automate (desirable)
