We're looking for a Business Manager to join our growing Business Banking team. This is a front-line business development role for someone who enjoys building networks, creating opportunities and winning new customers.
You'll work with SME clients, professional services firms, and key introducers, helping businesses move to a bank that delivers personal service, fast decision-making, and genuine relationship banking.

What You'll Be Doing
- Winning new Business Current Account and Business Savings customers.
- Building relationships with accountants, solicitors, brokers, and other introducers.
- Generating opportunities through networking and market engagement.
- Managing a pipeline of prospective customers from introduction through to onboarding.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships across the wider bank.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the journey.
What We're Looking For

- Experience in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services.
- A track record of generating new business and growing customer relationships.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capability.
