Assistant Centre Manager

London Bridge | £35,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're recruiting for an Assistant Centre Manager to join a premium business centre in London Bridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, operations, facilities coordination, sales support, and team leadership.

Whether you're currently an Assistant Centre Manager, Front of House Manager, Duty Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Operations Manager, Community Manager, or Workspace Manager, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting into the Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a first-class experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience to clients and visitors
  • Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Conducting centre tours and supporting new business opportunities
  • Supporting occupancy, meeting room bookings, coworking memberships and additional revenue streams
  • Coordinating facilities, contractors, maintenance and health & safety compliance
  • Managing client onboarding and move-ins
  • Supporting customer retention and community engagement initiatives
  • Organising networking events, member events and client experiences
  • Supervising front-of-house and operational teams
  • Monitoring performance and supporting centre KPIs
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise centre performance

About You

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy delivering outstanding service and creating memorable customer experiences.

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or management role
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing teams or coordinating operations
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Experience within premium customer-facing environments
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
