Are you an experienced Business Central 1st Line Support Expert?

Could you be the Guru for this forward-thinking company?

My client has implemented Business Central and are looking to appoint an experienced Business Central 1st Line Support person to join the business to assist end users with day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex Business Central issues, working closely with a team, and further developing their technical expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment and culture with regular social events and a strong focus on employee wellbeing.

We need you to bring your expertise to:

  • Provide 1st line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users via phone, email, and support desk.
  • Take ownership of complex technical support cases, efficiently investigating, analysing, and resolving issues.
  • Escalate unresolved or highly technical issues to support or development teams where appropriate.
  • Work closely with developers to coordinate code fixes, testing, and successful deployment.
  • Deliver user training.
  • Manage support incidents in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), balancing urgency, impact, and user expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support cases and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge articles and best practice documentation.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
