About the Role

The Business Central Developer designs, customises and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for our clients, working closely with Delivery Managers, Application Managers and functional teams. This is a contract engagement for a hands-on developer who can own extension development, integrations and Level 3 support end to end, and who brings Power Platform skills to extend BC-based workflows into Power Apps and Power Automate.

The Role

Role purpose

As Business Central Developer, you will design, build and support AL extensions and integrations across live client environments, working alongside Delivery Managers, Application Managers and functional consultants. You will turn business requirements into reliable, well-engineered BC solutions, extend that automation into the Power Platform where it adds value, and provide dependable Level 3 support across the engagements you own.

This is a hands-on development role, not a purely advisory one. You will build and maintain AL extensions, APIs and Power Platform components, working alongside engineers, functional consultants and business teams to deliver solutions that are stable, well-documented and genuinely used in production.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
