Location: Harlow, Essex, UK (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per month onsite)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Central Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects for our clients. This is a hands-on role requiring a combination of project management, stakeholder engagement, Business Central expertise, and delivery leadership. The successful candidate will have strong experience managing Business Central implementations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation programmes, particularly across Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse operations. The role will involve working closely with clients, functional consultants, developers, business users, and offshore delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure successful project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Manage project governance and status reporting.
Business Central Expertise
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Central delivery engagements.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to define project scope and solutions.
- Support solution design and delivery across:
- Finance & Accounting
- Manufacturing
- Warehousing & Inventory Management
- Procurement & Supply Chain
Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings.
- Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting.
- Manage expectations and resolve delivery issues proactively.
Team & Vendor Management
- Coordinate onshore and offshore teams.
- Manage Business Central consultants, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure resources are aligned to project priorities and delivery milestones.
- Drive collaboration across business and technical teams.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage project escalations and issue resolution.
- Ensure effective testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned activities.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
- Previous experience with Dynamics NAV / Navision is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of:
- Finance
- Manufacturing
- Warehousing & Inventory Management
- Supply Chain & Procurement
- Experience managing Business Central implementations and upgrades.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience in consulting or systems integration environments.
- Exposure to Power BI, Azure, or Microsoft Power Platform.
