Are you ready for an exciting opportunity within our Property and Estates Team?
We are based at modern offices within our Coney Green Business Centre, Clay Cross and we are looking for a motivated individual to join us!
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will provide an effective and tenant-focused service for the Commercial Business Centres. Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of our commercial property portfolio, ensuring profitability and maintaining high occupancy levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and reception services at Coney Green Business Centre.
- Greet visitors and tenants with a friendly and professional approach.
- Answer queries and undertake general administration tasks for the Business Centre.
What We Are Looking For:
- You should be able to communicate effectively and use ICT tools proficiently.
- You must be able to handle tight deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- You should be able to act on your own initiative and prioritise your work effectively.
- The role will predominantly be based full-time at the Business Centre.
