Your Responsibilities
- Effective communication with customers & related OKM departments
- Order entry and customer backorder maintenance
- Record and resolve customer dissatisfactions
- Attend daily operations meetings
- Run and provide feedback on delivery performance KPIs
- Receive, monitor and review forecasts from sales, investigating deviations from previous forecasts
- Provide reports to planning, purchasing and production based on forecast trends
- Prepare information for monthly Sales and Operations Planning meeting and wider supply chain group
- Attend and sometimes chair regular meetings with sales business units, to gain better understanding of demand forecasts
- Provide support for other Business Centre Coordinators during periods of high workload or absence
- Engage and participate in wider Olympus projects relating to forecasting and demand management topics
Your qualification
- Previous experience gained in a customer-facing, customer service or order management environment
- Enjoys working with data and have strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, demand planning or data analysis
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts and data analysis
- Previous experience using SAP or other ERP/demand planning systems (preferred)
- You can confidently analyse data, identify trends and communicate insights in a clear, practical way
- Ability to build strong relationships and you enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple teams
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering a great customer experience
- Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
