About Us
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and commercially driven Business Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our thriving business centre. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines customer service, sales, facilities management, finance, marketing, and community engagement.
As the face of our business centre, you will build strong relationships with tenants, drive occupancy through effective sales, maintain exceptional standards throughout the building, and help create a vibrant business community. You will also support the day-to-day operations of our on-site café when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for prospective and existing tenants, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and convert leads into new tenants through effective sales and relationship building.
- Build strong relationships with tenants to maximise satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the business centre, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring maintenance works are completed efficiently.
- Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Monitor building running costs, utilities, and operational expenditure.
- Manage business rates records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Raise invoices, approve supplier payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Produce and maintain running cost spreadsheets, ensuring service charges are allocated correctly.
- Support budgeting and cost control across the business centre.
- Plan and deliver regular networking events and initiatives to grow our business community.
- Manage and create engaging content across our social media channels to promote the business centre and its events.
- Assist with the daily operation of the on-site café during busy periods or when additional support is needed.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve customer experience, occupancy, and operational efficiency.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people.
- Commercially minded with strong sales skills and the ability to convert enquiries into lettings.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experienced in managing budgets, invoicing, and financial administration.
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and works independently.
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business, including the café, when required.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience managing a serviced office, business centre, coworking space, hospitality venue, or commercial property.
- Sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Experience with facilities management and contractor coordination.
- Social media marketing and event planning experience.
