Business Change & Adoption Consultant

Location: Remote (with travel to Scotland)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Day rate (Outside IR35)

We are seeking a Business Change & Adoption Consultant to create and implement change, engagement, and adoption strategies that enable stakeholders to effectively shape requirements, understand the delivery journey, and adopt CRM-enabled ways of working. This role is crucial for ensuring that the CRM implementation is not only adopted technically but also embraced culturally within the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop an integrated change and adoption strategy that aligns with the project requirements, roadmap, and phased release plan.
  • Craft a compelling case for change and create a consistent core narrative tailored to various audiences including leadership, business teams, technical specialists, and the wider organisation.
  • Construct and manage a detailed stakeholder map and engagement plan, and establish a representative change network.
  • Facilitate requirements validation and change-impact workshops in collaboration with Business Analysts and Programme Leads.
  • Assess impacts on roles, processes, behaviours, information ownership, and management practices, and define necessary support measures.
  • Establish readiness measures, adoption metrics, feedback mechanisms, and plan communications, training, and reinforcement activities.
  • Prepare managers and business owners to integrate CRM use into their regular workflows.
  • Utilize data from engagement, usage, feedback, training, and support to tailor interventions for different audience groups.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
