Business Change Analyst
Contract | 6 Months
Outside IR35
West Sussex
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Business Change Analyst to join a major transformation programme delivering significant change across people, processes and technology.
Working as part of a high-performing change team, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are engaged, informed and prepared throughout the transformation journey. You'll work closely with programme teams, managers, stakeholders and end users to support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about organisational change, stakeholder engagement and helping people successfully navigate transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Change Delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of business change activities across the programme.
- Assist in developing and executing change and adoption plans.
- Identify and track change risks, issues and dependencies.
- Help embed new processes, technologies and ways of working across the organisation.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong working relationships with managers, users and key stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and support engagement planning activities.
- Gather feedback and insight from impacted business areas.
- Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the change journey.
Communications & Engagement
- Support the creation and delivery of programme communications.
- Develop engaging content that explains the purpose, benefits and impact of change.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent and relevant to different audiences.
- Drive engagement and participation across impacted teams.
Change Impact & Readiness
- Support change impact assessments across business functions.
- Assist with business readiness and adoption activities.
- Identify gaps in awareness, understanding and preparedness.
- Work with managers and end users to address concerns and barriers to change.

Training & Adoption
- Support training planning and user readiness initiatives.
- Coordinate workshops, briefings and engagement events.
- Help ensure colleagues have the skills and confidence to adopt new ways of working.
- Monitor adoption feedback and identify areas requiring additional support.
Analysis & Reporting
- Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative business feedback.
- Maintain stakeholder records, action logs and change documentation.
- Produce reports, presentations and change insights.
- Provide recommendations to support programme decision-making.
