📍 Location: Livingston, Scotland
📅 Duration: Initial 9 months, with potential for extension
🏢 Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite
We are looking for an experienced Change Business Analyst to join a leading media and entertainment organisation on an initial 9-month contract.
This is a change-focused Business Analyst position supporting a range of high-priority products, technology initiatives and propositions designed to meet evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Technology teams to understand business requirements and define clear outcomes.
- Analyse and document current and future-state operating models.
- Define and map business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops.
- Analyse technology and operational impacts resulting from proposed changes.
- Support the development of change roadmaps across strategic initiatives.
- Work within Agile environments and contribute to change delivery.
- Support change management planning and implementation.
- Work closely with SMEs, Technology teams, Project Managers and senior stakeholders.
- Support testing of new solutions and customer-facing applications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, analysis materials and project Wiki pages.
- Contribute to effective Business Analysis ways of working across the wider analysis function.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with:
- Proven experience delivering business change and transformation projects.
- Strong experience in Current State / Future State analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Target Operating Model definition.
- Strong process mapping and process analysis skills.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder and requirements workshops.
- Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
- Experience working closely with Technology/IT teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting change management activities.
- Ability to work independently and define appropriate BA activities and plans.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
