The Company

We are supporting a leading provider of support, services and solutions to financial advisory firms across the UK is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a broad portfolio of strategic growth, transformation and onboarding initiatives across both the organisation and firms within its network.

The Role

This is a varied and highly visible position offering exposure to multiple change initiatives across the business and partner organisations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, advisory firms, operational teams and technology partners, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, designing future-state processes and supporting the successful delivery of business change.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across several projects simultaneously, balancing detailed business analysis with broader project and change support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements across a range of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct process mapping exercises, documenting current ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client experience and business performance.
  • Assess how technology and digital solutions can support business objectives and transformation goals.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new firms joining the network.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Support project delivery activities, helping to coordinate workstreams and manage project outputs.
  • Contribute to the management and reporting of the wider change and transformation portfolio.
  • Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes and align with strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and its network partners.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Change Analyst or in a similar business change role.
  • Experience within a wealth management or IFA environment is essential
  • Experience supporting business transformation, operational improvement or change programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and change frameworks.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, integration or growth-related initiatives is desirable.
