Contract | ASAP Start | Initial 6 Months

We are supporting an organisation through a significant business transformation, introducing Salesforce, AI and new ways of working across its operations.

This isn't simply a Salesforce implementation. The organisation is changing how its people work, how customers are supported and how technology and AI are used day-to-day.

We're looking for an experienced Business Change & Salesforce Adoption Lead to lead the people, change and training journey through an initial November go-live and subsequent phases.

The role

You'll work alongside internal leadership, Salesforce and the implementation partner to ensure employees are ready, engaged and confident in the new world of working.

You'll:

  • Own and coordinate the business change and adoption programme
  • Assess the impact of new technology and processes across different teams and roles
  • Translate technology change into practical, understandable new ways of working
  • Develop and deliver a structured training and enablement programme
  • Train users across Salesforce, AI-enabled processes and new operational ways of working
  • Build a network of champions and super-users across the organisation
  • Develop communications, workshops, drop-ins and ongoing learning
  • Support users through go-live, hypercare and the critical post-launch adoption period
  • Measure adoption, identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training
  • Support future phases as Salesforce, AI and the operating model continue to evolve

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll need strong business change and training experience, including experience supporting Salesforce transformation or adoption programmes.

We're particularly interested in people who have:

  • Led change and adoption across technology-enabled transformation
  • Designed and delivered Salesforce user training
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience changing established business processes and behaviours
  • Worked closely with implementation partners, technology teams and business SMEs
  • Experience with AI-enabled transformation or Agentforce would be highly advantageous

This is not a pure Salesforce training role. We're looking for someone capable of taking employees on a much broader transformation journey.
