Senior Consultant - Business Change (London or Manchester)

Who We Are

Mason Advisory is an award-winning digital and technology consultancy helping organisations deliver real business value through smarter use of technology. Since 2014, we’ve partnered with public and private sector clients across digital transformation, cloud, architecture, cyber security, sourcing, business change, and major IT programmes.

We’re proud of our open, supportive, and collaborative culture. We value people as much as expertise, and we’re committed to diversity, inclusion, and meaningful community impact. As we continue our growth journey, we are expanding our consulting team with experienced Senior Business Change Specialists who want to make a visible difference.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Consultant specialising in Business Change, you’ll work across the full engagement lifecycle — shaping proposals, planning change strategies, delivering organisational change workstreams, and providing advisory support to senior leaders. You’ll join a high-performing, non-hierarchical team where your contribution is recognised and your development actively supported.

You’ll help clients design, implement, and embed change that enables people, processes, and organisations to operate effectively within major transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of business change, organisational change management (OCM), and operating model workstreams within complex transformation programmes.
  • Assess organisational readiness, change impacts, adoption challenges, and potential risks.
  • Design and implement change strategies covering leadership alignment, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) including processes, roles, governance structures, and ways of working.
  • Support organisational design, role profiling, workforce transition, and capability planning.
  • Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement, communications, and learning activities.
  • Track, measure, and manage adoption, behavioural change, and benefits realisation.
  • Produce clear, insight-led reports, materials, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Coach and support junior consultants and contribute to team capability building.
  • Support proposals, bids, and wider business development activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
