Job title: Change Delivery Lead
Duration: 12 months
Pay: £800 per day PAYE (Inside IR35)
Location: 50% in-office attendee monthly in their Stratford, London office

About the team

Our Change Directorate is transforming the organisation into a dynamic, digital, data-led regulator, helping us oversee some of the UK’s most complex and vital financial markets.
The Ops & DTI Change Department drives transformation across the organisation’s operational backbone and its data and technology capabilities. It delivers change initiatives that enhance internal operations, modernise systems and leverage data, digital and innovation to improve regulatory effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver change management activities to support the successful implementation of AI programme initiatives, helping to shape the rollout approach, deployment strategy and adoption plans to maximise business readiness and uptake.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across senior leaders, business teams and technology delivery teams to drive alignment and support for change.
- Assess business impacts and develop strategies to support adoption, manage resistance and embed new ways of working.
- Design and deliver communications, engagement and knowledge-sharing activities to build awareness, understanding and confidence in AI solutions.
- Drive business readiness activities, ensuring people, processes and teams are prepared for change.
- Provide governance, oversight and quality assurance of the training plan and associated deliverables developed by third-party suppliers, ensuring they are fit for purpose, aligned to programme objectives and organisational needs, and support successful business adoption.
- Monitor adoption and change outcomes, identifying risks and implementing actions to maximise uptake and benefits realisation.
- Provide business change expertise and advice to programme, business and technology stakeholders to support successful delivery and sustainable change.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum:
- Significant experience of leading business change projects, leading teams in successful delivery of organisational change, particularly on transition programmes involving changes to people, processes, IT, culture and behaviour.
- Significant experience of delivering business change across a variety of project and programme methodologies.
Essential:
- Significant experience delivering business change and transformation initiatives within large, complex organisations.
- Proven experience developing and implementing change management strategies, rollout approaches and adoption plans to support organisational change and the embedding of new ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior leaders, business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Experience leading business readiness, adoption and implementation activities for technology-enabled change programmes.
- Experience designing and delivering communications, engagement and awareness activities to support successful change outcomes.

Desirable criteria
- Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably within financial services, government, regulatory bodies or similarly complex organisations.
- Experience supporting the implementation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including Generative AI and/or Agentic AI.
