Business Change & Improvement Analyst

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent or Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) – both considered
Location: Kingswinford, West Midlands (with occasional travel to other Group locations)

Pace Group is a growing business with ambitious plans, and we're looking for a motivated, analytical individual to help deliver a range of business change and improvement initiatives across the Group. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across different business functions, improve how we operate and help us make better use of systems, data and technology. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses work, challenging existing processes and turning ideas into practical improvements.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with our operational teams and senior leadership, you'll be involved in a broad range of improvement initiatives, including:

  • Process improvement: Reviewing existing ways of working, mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies and developing improved workflows.
  • Business change: Supporting the design and delivery of operational and business improvement projects across the Group.
  • Systems and automation: Identifying opportunities to automate manual activities, improve existing systems and introduce more efficient ways of working.
  • Business intelligence and data: Improving how we capture, manage and use data, including reporting, dashboards and management information.
  • Systems integration: Exploring how our systems can work better together, including data flows, APIs and integration opportunities.
  • Requirements and solutions: Engaging with colleagues to understand business needs, developing clear requirements and working with internal teams or external suppliers to deliver solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
