What you’ll do

  • Own and enforce the business change approach for a large and complex tech change across the business and transformation portfolio
  • Define and implement a standardised framework for business readiness and adoption
  • Embed change management into programme and project delivery for complex programmes and dependent projects
  • Provide appropriate change governance, assurance, and challenge across programmes
  • Manage cross-programme change dependencies
  • Partnering with senior leaders to drive alignment across commercial, technology and operational agendas
  • Leading transformational change across operating models, ways of working, processes and customer propositions
  • Building and communicating a compelling change story that connects strategy to day-to-day impact
  • Understanding and managing the organisational change impact landscape, including prioritisation, sequencing and people risk
  • Ensuring change activity is appropriately resourced and fully integrated into programme and business plans
  • Leading sponsors and leaders to strengthen visible and effective change leadership
  • Tracking adoption, engagement and benefits realisation to ensure change sticks

It's all about you

What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:

  • Proven change management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Able to create “one team” approach across disparate members of project teams by sharing best practice and common programme/department goals
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Ability to translate a strategic approach into a change management plan
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage complex and often unique issues creating relevant clarity in areas of ambiguity to force decisions.
  • Demonstrates resilience
  • Ability to make constructive challenge

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven change management experience demonstrated by a successful track record of managing complex change programmes that span entire organisations to cost, quality and time
  • Broad experience of working on change projects in a variety of business areas.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, changeable environment with new technology/products and working practices.
  • Solid stakeholder management, including senior management, warehouse staff, and external supplier management
  • Desktop tools including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc
  • Experience in technology-led transformation
  • Knowledge and advocate of change methodologies (e.g. Prosci)
