Job Advertisement: Business Change Lead
6 Month Contract
Warwick (1/2 days onsite)
Are you ready to make a difference in the energy sector? Our client, a leading organisation in the UK’s energy landscape, is seeking a dynamic Business Change Lead to join their Cyber Security programme team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful change and support the evolution of a critical energy network that powers the nation!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Change Initiatives: Ensure consistent delivery and embedding of business change management across the programme.
- Champion Change Management: Advocate for the importance of change processes and practises to stakeholders, fostering an environment of understanding and acceptance.
- Provide Expertise: Offer change management guidance to project teams, applying best practises to drive successful delivery.
- Deliver Quality Outcomes: Manage multiple projects concurrently, working closely with Programme, Project Managers, Sponsors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Conduct Impact Analysis: Assess change readiness and go/no-go criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in business change management within large, complex programmes.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and achieve project benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse groups.
- Experience creating and maintaining robust business change plans across project lifecycles.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with a self-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
