Workplace

  • Location: ITV Manchester, Media City + Hybrid (expectation is 2-3 days in the office per week)

The Team

In Group Finance, we support teams across the whole of ITV, helping them create content and products that millions of people interact with every single day. When you join us, you enter a fun working environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and make a real difference. Small enough that your impact’s felt in the business, but big enough that your impact reaches millions of people.

Our Finance Continuous Improvement team is involved in delivering key business change initiatives. Working closely with both our Finance Operations and Tech teams, our Global Process Owners (GPOs) ensure that our processes run efficiently and meet the requirements of our business.

The Role

This role sits within ITV Group Finance and plays a key part in delivering a major Corporate Simplification initiative. The programme will simplify ITV’s corporate structure and, in doing so, drive significant change across finance systems and end-to-end processes. As Business Change Lead, you’ll support the Business Change Manager to plan and deliver effective, colleague-centric change activity, ensuring Finance teams are engaged, prepared and supported through the transition. You’ll apply best-practice change management principles to assess readiness, manage resistance and embed sustainable change across a complex organisation.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and evolve the Change Impact Assessment, using it to inform and update change plans
  • Contribute to and oversee the creation of engaging change communications and materials across multiple formats, including review and sign-off
  • Coordinate and support engagement sessions, capturing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support the facilitation of training sessions to enable adoption of new processes and systems
  • Help manage and energise the Change Network, including preparing and running regular meetings
  • Collaborate with programme colleagues to plan and support change activity across training, testing and support models
  • Define and deliver approaches to measure change readiness, effectiveness and adoption, addressing resistance where identified
  • Track progress against the change plan, managing risks, issues and dependencies through programme governance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
