About the role:
Shape the future of business transformation with PwC
At PwC, we're growing one of the leading SAP consulting practices in our global network. Our multidisciplinary teams bring together deep SAP expertise across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital and Business Change, complemented by Data, AI and Cloud capabilities, working alongside specialists from across PwC to help clients deliver complex business transformation programmes.
Our team partners with some of the world's leading organisations to deliver complex, multinational SAP transformation programmes spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital and business adoption. We work across the full transformation lifecycle, from strategy and business case through solution design, implementation and business adoption, helping clients realise long-term value from their SAP investments.
As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for people who are excited by the opportunity to develop their consulting careers whilst taking on increasing responsibility. We're looking for individuals who enjoy solving complex business challenges, building trusted client relationships, leading workstreams and developing the leadership skills that will shape the next stage of their career.
Our people have the opportunity to work on some of the world's largest SAP transformation programmes, learn from experienced leaders and build long-term relationships with global organisations. We're looking for people who want to grow with our practice, develop into future leaders and help shape the next phase of our success.
Whether you're leading a workstream, supporting a major client transformation or helping bring innovative AI-enabled solutions to market, you'll be encouraged to challenge conventional thinking, embrace new technologies and make a meaningful contribution from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

If you're looking for a career where you can combine deep SAP expertise with continuous learning, leadership development and business transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
What your days will look like:
- Deliver Business Change activities across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, helping clients successfully adopt new processes, technologies and ways of working.
- Work alongside Business, Functional and Technical teams to assess change impacts, develop business readiness strategies and embed change throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Facilitate engaging workshops with business stakeholders to understand current challenges, define future ways of working and build commitment to change.
- Develop and deliver tailored change interventions, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change networks and business adoption activities.
- Help clients understand how SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent technologies will change the way people work, supporting the successful adoption of AI-enabled processes and capabilities.
- Support business development through discovery workshops, client proposals and solution shaping, bringing a people-focused perspective to SAP transformation opportunities.
- Coach junior consultants whilst continuing to develop your own consulting, Business Change and leadership capability.
This role is for you if:
- You have experience delivering Business Change as part of large SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- You have practical experience delivering Business Change activities including Change Impact Assessments, Business Readiness, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, Training and Business Adoption.
- You understand how successful SAP transformation depends on people adopting new processes, technologies and ways of working, not simply implementing new systems.
- You have experience supporting multinational transformation programmes across multiple business units, functions or geographies.
- You build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and enjoy facilitating workshops, influencing senior leaders and supporting organisational change.
- You are curious about emerging technologies and understand how SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent automation will influence the future of work and business adoption.
- You're collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by helping clients realise lasting value from their SAP transformation investments.
