We have a new opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join our Business Readiness team and play a key role in delivering meaningful change across The Guinness Partnership.

As we bring our ambitious 2030 Strategy to life, we're investing in improving our repairs offering through changes to our service delivery model and rollout of new technologies. Our aim is to improve colleague and resident experiences, modernising our technology landscape, expanding CRM capabilities across resident-facing services, and unlocking the potential of digital and AI-enabled ways of working. Our change portfolio is broad, exciting, and central to delivering our strategic ambitions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how change is successfully adopted across the organisation. Working on high-profile projects and programmes, you will lead the development and delivery of effective change management strategies that help colleagues embrace new ways of working, embed lasting improvements, and realise the full benefits of change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
