🚨 Business Change Manager | eDV Cleared | Cheltenham or London | up to £85k base & 15% bonus
We're recruiting for an experienced Business Change Manager to join a growing consultancy delivering high-impact transformation programmes across the UK Government and National Security sectors.
You'll lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, operational transition, and benefits realisation within highly secure environments.

Key requirements:
- Current eDV clearance (North, West or South clearance) – ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience delivering business change in secure/government environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with business readiness, training, operational transition, and change adoption
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and benefits realisation
- Excellent workshop facilitation and organisational change expertise
