Dear Change Managers,
Do me a favour and just imagine I’m writing this on a typewriter and not a Lenovo laptop. For some reason, that makes me feel a little more comfortable starting with ‘Dear’. Yes I could delete it and start again but I’ve committed now.
I have the absolute pleasure, nay…the honour, of supporting one of my longstanding consulting clients with their latest search for a Business Change Consultant.
OK, I’ve said nay now…might be better to think of a parchment and quill. Anyway...
For the last four years they have been adding to their dedicated change practice with some of the best change and learning specialists across the land and now, they have sent me/ us/ GTC on a quest to find their next business change hero.
I’m so lost. Stay with me…please.

This is a consultancy operating in the technology space with a penchant towards Microsoft products (keep thinking quill and parchment though) and on this particular occasion they would love the next person to join to have experience with AI (QUILL AND PARCHMENT).
“AI’s quite broad!” I hear you cry. Chill out. In this case, experience of supporting clients with co-pilot would be just fine.

The client are headquartered in a beautiful castle (I’ve committed to medieval here-it’s a very swanky office) in London but despite the need to go in from time to time there is lots of flexibility to work remotely/ from your own castle.
There’s a base salary of £45-55,000 on offer plus bonus and benefits and as well as the opportunity to work with an incredible team you’ll also play a part in shaping the change and learning practice internally.
