SC Cleared Business Change Manager
£550 per day (Inside IR35) | Hybrid | London | Active SC Clearance Required
We're supporting a major Central Government department on a high-profile digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Business Change Manager to drive business readiness, digital adoption, and operational change activities across multiple workstreams.
What you'll be doing
- Driving people-focused change across a major digital transformation initiative
- Assessing how new ways of working will affect teams, processes, and day-to-day operations
- Creating and delivering plans that ensure operational areas are prepared for upcoming changes
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining engagement throughout delivery
- Developing clear, effective communications that encourage user uptake and support successful adoption
- Coordinating business activities around releases and implementation milestones
- Providing support during deployment periods and helping resolve adoption challenges following implementation
- Acting as the bridge between delivery teams and operational users, ensuring expectations and requirements are aligned
- Working alongside programme leadership to embed change considerations into overall delivery plans
