Are you an experienced change professional looking to play a key role in delivering transformation across a purpose-driven organisation?

Join the Transformation & Change Division at UK Export Finance and help shape how change is successfully delivered, adopted and embedded across the UK’s export credit agency.

Working within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you will be at the heart of UKEF’s transformation agenda, supporting the delivery of strategic change initiatives and ensuring their benefits are realised.

As a Business Change Manager, you will act as the vital link between project teams and business users, developing and implementing change strategies that prepare colleagues for new ways of working. You'll lead stakeholder engagement activities, business readiness planning, benefits management, and communications, while building and supporting a network of change champions across the organisation.

This is a varied and influential role where you'll work with senior stakeholders, project managers and business leaders to drive successful outcomes, champion best practice, and support continuous improvement across UKEF. You will also play a leading role in developing change networks, measuring benefits realisation, and ensuring the organisation is ready to embrace and sustain change.
