Head Resourcing are delighted to be supporting a major UK organisation undergoing a significant business transformation programme in their search for an experienced Business Change Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale transformation initiative, helping to deliver meaningful change across people, processes, and technology. Working closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders across the business, you will ensure that change is effectively embedded and delivers lasting business value.

The Role

As a Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering change strategies that support the successful adoption of transformational initiatives. You will work across multiple projects, ensuring colleagues are engaged, prepared, and equipped to embrace new ways of working.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic programmes, collaborate with a broad stakeholder community, and make a tangible impact on organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate business change activities across complex transformation programmes.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies and plans.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring strong communication and buy-in at all levels.
  • Partner with learning and development teams to support capability building and adoption.
  • Identify and manage risks and barriers to change.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support the transition into business-as-usual operations.
  • Measure and track change adoption, ensuring desired business outcomes are achieved.

About You

We're looking for an experienced change professional who can demonstrate:

  • Proven success delivering change within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, governance frameworks, and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership teams.
  • The ability to operate effectively within complex or highly regulated environments.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with a passion for delivering positive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
