Business Change Manager

Business Banking is one of the fastest-growing and most energized parts of our organisation and we’re looking for a team-focused, commercially-minded Business Change Manager to join our Commercial Operations Team. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, love solving complex problems, and want to play a key role in supporting dynamic change, this is your next big opportunity.

Business Banking is accelerating, and you’ll be joining a community that is ambitious, innovative, and deeply committed to working together to deliver great outcomes. This role places you in the Commercial Operations Colleague Enablement Team, giving you the opportunity to influence how we operate, strengthen how we work together, and drive meaningful change for customers and colleagues.

You’ll be part of a supportive team, empowered to lead change at pace and champion ways of working that bring teams together and help them perform at their best.

The role is within the Commercial Operations Colleague Enablement Team, which is part of Business Banking. You will play a key role in delivering operational and process improvements and efficiencies alongside other Business Change Managers, focusing on change that improves performance, customer, and colleague experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
