Business Change Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to lead people change, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities for a major AI Programme.
The successful Business Change Manager will play a key role in embedding AI-enabled ways of working, supporting adoption, business readiness, and sustainable change across a large and complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Change Strategies, Change Activities, Rollout Approaches, Deployment Strategies, and Adoption Plans
- Lead Senior Stakeholder Engagement across business, programme, and technology delivery teams
- Assess Business Impacts, identify resistance, and develop appropriate change interventions
- Drive Business Readiness, User Adoption, and Implementation for technology-enabled change
- Develop and deliver Communications, Engagement, Awareness, and Knowledge-Sharing activities
- Lead People Change and Business Change initiatives across multiple teams and functions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and Third-Party Delivery Partners
- Govern and assure third-party Training Plans and Training Deliverables
- Monitor Adoption Outcomes, Risks, Issues, Dependencies, and Benefits Realisation
- Track and measure Business Adoption and Business Value
- Provide expert Change Management advice to programme, business, and technology stakeholders
- Support the sustainable adoption of AI-enabled ways of working

Essential Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Business Change and Transformation experience
- Strong experience developing Change Strategies and Adoption Plans
- Proven experience with Business Readiness and Technology-Enabled Change
- Strong Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Influencing skills
- Experience delivering Communications, Engagement, and Awareness programmes
- Strong experience in Change Management, Business Change, and Transformation
- Experience coordinating Cross-Functional Teams, Suppliers, and Third Parties
- Experience monitoring Adoption, Risks, Issues, and Benefits Realisation
- Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies, Tools, and Techniques
- Excellent Communication, Facilitation, Stakeholder Management, and Relationship Management skills

Desirable Skills
- Experience working within a Regulated Environment
- Financial Services, Government, or Regulatory Body experience
- Experience supporting adoption of AI Solutions
- Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and/or Agentic AI
- Experience working with Product-Based Technology Teams
- Experience in Agile Delivery environments
- Benefits Management and Adoption Measurement experience
- Prosci, APMG Change Management, MSP, or equivalent certification
