Position: Business Change Manager

Location: London/Leeds/Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week)

Contract (InsideIR35)

Client: Infosys

Experience/Grade

Typically 8+ years delivering business change and transformation in large, complex organisations.

Role Purpose

Lead people change, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities for the FCA AI Programme, embedding AI-enabled ways of working across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop change activities, rollout approaches, deployment strategies and adoption plans
  • Lead engagement with senior leaders, business teams and technology delivery teams
  • Assess business impacts, manage resistance and embed new ways of working
  • Deliver communications, engagement and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Drive business readiness across people, processes and teams
  • Govern and assure third-party training plans and deliverables
  • Monitor adoption outcomes, risks and benefits realisation
  • Advise programme, business and technology stakeholders on sustainable change

Essential Skills

  • Significant business change and transformation experience, typically 8+ years
  • Change strategies, rollout approaches and adoption plans
  • Senior stakeholder engagement and influencing
  • Business readiness, adoption and implementation for technology-enabled change
  • Communications, engagement and awareness activities
  • Cross-functional, supplier and third-party delivery coordination
  • Monitoring adoption, risks, issues and benefits realisation
  • Change management methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management

Desirable Skills

  • Regulated environment experience, preferably financial services, government or regulatory bodies
  • Adoption of AI solutions, including Generative AI and/or Agentic AI
  • Product-based technology teams and agile delivery
  • Benefits management and measurement of adoption/business value
  • Change Management certification, such as Prosci, APMG Change Management or MSP
