Position: Business Change Manager
Location: London/Leeds/Edinburgh, UK (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week)
Contract (InsideIR35)
Client: Infosys
Experience/Grade
Typically 8+ years delivering business change and transformation in large, complex organisations.
Role Purpose
Lead people change, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities for the FCA AI Programme, embedding AI-enabled ways of working across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop change activities, rollout approaches, deployment strategies and adoption plans
- Lead engagement with senior leaders, business teams and technology delivery teams
- Assess business impacts, manage resistance and embed new ways of working
- Deliver communications, engagement and knowledge-sharing activities
- Drive business readiness across people, processes and teams
- Govern and assure third-party training plans and deliverables
- Monitor adoption outcomes, risks and benefits realisation
- Advise programme, business and technology stakeholders on sustainable change
Essential Skills
- Significant business change and transformation experience, typically 8+ years
- Change strategies, rollout approaches and adoption plans
- Senior stakeholder engagement and influencing
- Business readiness, adoption and implementation for technology-enabled change
- Communications, engagement and awareness activities
- Cross-functional, supplier and third-party delivery coordination
- Monitoring adoption, risks, issues and benefits realisation
- Change management methodologies, tools and techniques
- Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management

Desirable Skills
- Regulated environment experience, preferably financial services, government or regulatory bodies
- Adoption of AI solutions, including Generative AI and/or Agentic AI
- Product-based technology teams and agile delivery
- Benefits management and measurement of adoption/business value
- Change Management certification, such as Prosci, APMG Change Management or MSP
