We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to work on transformation initiatives across our Finance Shared Services function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic change, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing service performance across finance processes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex business change programmes, particularly within Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Finance Transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage engagement across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in working on people, process, and organisational change aspects of finance transformation programmes.
  • Support the implementation of shared service improvements, operating model changes, and process standardisation initiatives.
  • Drive user adoption through effective communications, training, coaching, and readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with programme managers, finance leaders, process owners, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of change objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance.
  • Establish and track change adoption metrics, benefits realisation, and business outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement and the embedding of new ways of working.

Required Experience

  • Significant experience as a Business Change Manager
  • Demonstrable experience delivering Finance Shared Services improvement programmes.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, including – Payment Processes, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or management reporting.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience developing communications, training, and organisational change strategies.
  • Knowledge of recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.

Desirable

  • Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Shared Services, GBS, or Finance Transformation background.
  • Change Management certification.
  • Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, MSP) advantageous.
