Business Change Manager

Contract - Inside IR35

Hybrid - London

I'm currently supporting a leading international media organisation on a major commercial technology transformation programme and am looking to speak with experienced Business Change Managers. Based on the content of the role focuses on driving adoption across CRM, marketing, data and commercial technology initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business change activities across a complex transformation programme
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, engagement and change impact assessments
  • Develop change, communications and adoption strategies
  • Support business readiness, training and implementation activities
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive successful change adoption

🔹 Essential Experience

  • Proven track record delivering business change within large-scale technology or transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience in change impact assessments, readiness and adoption planning
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud experience
