We are recruiting an experienced Business Change Manager to join a growing, ambitious professional services organisation undergoing significant business transformation and expansion. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping how the organisation evolves, bringing together people, processes and ways of working as the business grows.

This busy and varied role will entail:
- Leading business change activities across organisational transformation, integration and operational improvement projects.
- Assessing the impact of change on teams, responsibilities, processes and existing ways of working.
- Developing and delivering structured change management plans, from initial assessment through to implementation and adoption.
- Engaging senior leaders and operational stakeholders to build understanding, commitment and ownership of change.
- Identifying potential resistance and developing practical strategies to address concerns and support employees through transition.
- Working alongside Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure project delivery translates into effective operational change.
- Developing stakeholder engagement, communication and training approaches appropriate to different teams.
- Assessing business readiness, monitoring adoption and ensuring new ways of working are sustained.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
