Business Change Manager
Inside IR35
London | Minimum 3 days onsite
6-month contract
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major transformation programme impacting 45,000+ users, covering HR/Finance systems, rostering, business process transformation and organisational change.
Essential experience:
- Strong business change experience, rather than primarily project management or technical delivery.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation with high volumes of users and significant resistance to change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including developing end-to-end communications campaigns.
- Experience using AI and SharePoint to engage and communicate with large user communities.
- Strong practical understanding of change management, including stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments and change networks.
- Ability to be both strategic and hands-on, switching from high-level planning to tactical delivery.
- Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
- Experience engaging remote/distributed audiences and working across complex cultural environments.
- Proactive, visible and self-managing, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
