Business Change Manager

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
£100,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working

I'm currently partnering with a leading global organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme and seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving adoption and embedding change across a complex business environment. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, influence behaviours, challenge programmes constructively and quickly establish themselves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Lead change activity across large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Build credibility and trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Influence behaviours and drive engagement to support successful change adoption.
  • Challenge programme teams where required to ensure people impacts are fully considered.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and readiness activities.
  • Develop and deliver practical change plans, communications and adoption strategies.
  • Support the transition to new ways of working and ensure sustainable business outcomes.

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering business change within complex transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • The ability to build relationships quickly and work across all levels of an organisation.
  • Confidence to challenge, support and guide senior stakeholders and programme teams.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to change management.
  • Experience working with recognised change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar.
