Business Change Manager
6 month contract inside IR35
London based 50% in office
Our client is an established UK headquartered Financial Services organisation who we are supporting with building a team to deliver the next phase of their progressive AI transformation programme.
A newly created role as part of this is a Business Change Manager to develop the AI adoption strategy from a people and culture perspective. The role has been identified as a critical part of the strategy to embed new ways of working empowered by AI.
Overview of the role
- You will be responsible for developing and delivering end to end change management activities for the AI transformation programme company wide which is several thousand employees. This will include stakeholder engagement, user group mapping, business readiness and communication strategy
- Work with technology and product teams to shape deployment timeline to ensure high levels of engagement and adoption
- Create user group specific communication strategies for different user groups across the firm
- Develop business impact assessment and identify potential risk mitigation
- Provide business change subject matter expertise and methodology to the programme
- Track and report change adoption metrics, consulting with senior business leaders on areas for continuous improvement

Required Experience

- You be a proven leader of business transformation with strong evidence of people focused change management
- Strong core fundamentals within change management and project delivery
- You must have examples of delivering a change strategy related to the roll out and adoption of AI, ideally Agentic AI. We are only able to consider candidates who can demonstrate delivering business change activities that support the implementation and adoption of AI solutions
- Be able to evidence designing and delivering new ways of working with a methodical way of tracking success
- Involved in leading change within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries, with ability to navigate complex organizations
- Experience leading business readiness activities on a relevant programme
