Are you an experienced Business Change Manager looking to play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme?

We're seeking a talented change professional to help deliver business-critical transformation across people, processes, and technology. This is an opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, work with senior stakeholders, and ensure lasting adoption of change across a complex and evolving organisation.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract

The Opportunity

As a Business Change Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and embedding change activities that support successful programme delivery and sustainable business outcomes.

  • Lead and coordinate change initiatives across large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Design and deliver structured change strategies and adoption plans.
  • Build stakeholder engagement, readiness, and commitment to change.
  • Partner with learning and communications specialists to develop effective capability-building solutions.
  • Influence decision-making and support senior leaders through periods of change.
  • Embed change into business-as-usual operations and drive continuous improvement.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering business change within complex transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, governance, and project lifecycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for driving positive organisational outcomes.
  • Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments would be advantageous.

Location

You'll spend approximately 50% of your working week in one of several Scottish office locations, with travel to operational sites as required. This role offers genuine flexibility alongside the opportunity to work with diverse teams across the business.

Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, or Inverness.
