Business Change Manager / Change Consultant
The Business Change Manager / Change Consultant will lead and support the delivery of business and technology-enabled change across Business & Digital Technology.
The role combines change management, internal consulting, and transformation delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Technology teams to ensure that change is well understood, effectively delivered, and successfully embedded into business operations.
The role will work across the full change lifecycle — from understanding the business problem and assessing operational impacts, through to shaping solutions, supporting delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring operational readiness and adoption.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate confidently in a fast-moving technology environment, bring structure to complex change, challenge constructively, and ensure that change delivers its intended business outcomes.
Essential
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end business change, transformation, or technology-enabled change.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Technology teams.
- Experience operating within agile delivery environments, such as Scrum, sprints, or Kanban.
- Strong understanding of operational change and the impact of technology-enabled change on people, processes, and business operations.
- Experience managing RAIDs, risks, dependencies, issues, and governance within change or transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience identifying operational impacts and readiness requirements early in the change lifecycle.
- Experience working with Risk, Compliance, or other control functions to ensure appropriate governance and controls.
- Strong problem-solving and consulting skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- A track record of taking change from shaping through delivery and into implementation/adoption.
Desirable
- Experience working within a digital, technology, or technology-enabled transformation environment.
- Experience in an internal consulting, transformation, or business partnering role.
- Experience working across multiple projects or programmes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recognised change management methodologies.
- Experience developing change frameworks, tools, or delivery standards.
- Experience within a regulated or highly controlled environment.
