IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU?

This is an exciting role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in transformation, change management, and project management from the ground up. You will work closely with the Senior Transformation Manager on complex programmes, including org redesign, operating model work, technology implementation, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, while developing your skills across the full range of capabilities in our Transformation and Strategic Change framework.

You will be an individual contributor at this stage, but one with real ownership. Using our T-shirt sizing model (XS, S, M, L, XL), you will independently lead XS and S-sized initiatives and take ownership of specific workstreams within larger M and L programmes lead by our Senior Transformation Manager. This role involves the practical mechanics of delivery including gathering and documenting requirements, coordinating across stakeholders, supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems and tools, and keeping multiple workstreams on track. This is a role for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and wants to make a tangible difference to how Foods Connected works.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
