Role: Business Change & Test Analyst

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Buckinghamshire

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3-4 days in the office after training)

We're working with a well-established Financial Services organisation looking to hire a Business Change & Test Analyst to join their growing Change Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across business change, testing, and project delivery, supporting the rollout of new systems and continuous business improvements. It's a varied role with excellent development opportunities for someone looking to build a career in Business Analysis, Change, or Project Delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Create test plans, test scripts, and regression test packs
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver business change
  • Support project delivery and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with defect management and change implementation

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Business Change, Business Analysis, UAT, or Testing
  • Experience writing test scripts and supporting UAT
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, or Pensions is desirable
