Job Overview

Business Change & Test Analyst – Requirement Gathering, Coordinating, Testing, UAT, Debugging, Tracing – Permanent – Up to £45k Base + Bonus – Hybrid – Aylesbury

My Client, A leading UK pension provider is looking for a Business Change & Test Analyst to support the delivery of business change, process improvement, and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support Business Change Initiatives: The Business Change & Test Analyst will support the delivery of business, process, and technology change initiatives by working closely with business and technical teams.
  • Requirement Gathering: They will gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, and process improvements.
  • Project Support: Supporting Project Managers with planning, coordination, and the tracking of project activities, risks, and dependencies.
  • Testing: Preparing and executing test scenarios and scripts, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, and managing defect logging, retesting, and test documentation.
  • Documentation: Producing key project documentation, including requirements, process maps, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Stakeholder Workshops: Facilitating stakeholder workshops to understand business needs and identify effective solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring progress against agreed plans, and supporting business readiness activities through communications, training, and change implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Experience in Business Analysis, Business Change, or Project Support.
    • Experience supporting software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Experience preparing and executing test scripts and recording results.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
    • The ability to work collaboratively with business users, developers, and project stakeholders.
    • A good understanding of business processes and systems, with a willingness to develop further knowledge.
  • Desirable: Experience within financial services or pensions.
