About the Role
Maybridge Associates is currently supporting a growing boutique consultancy that is continuing to expand its Strategy & Transformation capability following several significant client wins.
The firm partners with leading organisations across Consumer, Retail, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Government and Energy, supporting complex programmes spanning Business Change, Operating Model Transformation, Digital Transformation and Technology Adoption.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking to hire experienced Change & Transformation professionals at all levels to support the delivery of major client programmes and play an active role in the continued development of the practice.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and delivering change strategies across complex transformation programmes
- Leading stakeholder engagement, communications and change impact activities
- Supporting operating model, technology and digital transformation initiatives
- Working directly with senior client stakeholders
- Driving adoption and helping organisations embed new ways of working
- Managing project workstreams and contributing to high-quality client delivery
- Supporting the development of colleagues and wider practice initiatives

Required Experience:
- Experience within a major consultancy, boutique consultancy or recognised Change practice
- A strong background across Business Change, Change Management, People & Change or Transformation
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes
- Exposure to private-sector clients across one or more industries
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to consulting
