Personal Development Consultant — Remote
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced coaching, consulting or people-development professional who is interested in working remotely in an independent contractor capacity.
This opportunity may suit someone who enjoys supporting others to grow, values personal development and is looking for greater flexibility in how and where they work.
This is not a traditional salaried position. It is an independent contractor opportunity and applicants should be comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for their own performance and results.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
- Connect and communicate with prospective clients
- Conduct professional conversations to understand individual needs and goals
- Introduce personal-development programs and services
- Follow established business and marketing processes
- Participate in ongoing training and professional-development sessions
- Manage your own daily activity and follow-up
- Work independently while engaging with a wider professional community
