Remote | UK | Flexible | Self-Employed | Performance-Based

Are you an experienced professional with a background in coaching, leadership, learning & development, HR, consulting, sales or people development — and looking for greater flexibility and autonomy in how you work?

We are seeking motivated professionals interested in working independently within the personal and leadership development sector.

This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. It is not salaried employment.

About the Role

You'll work with established personal and leadership development programs and have access to structured training, mentorship and business development systems.

Your activities will include:

  • Connecting with prospective clients who have expressed interest through online marketing
  • Conducting structured discovery conversations
  • Helping prospective clients understand available personal and leadership development programs
  • Managing follow-up conversations with prospective clients
  • Following established marketing and business development processes
  • Participating in ongoing leadership, communication and professional development training
  • Managing your own schedule and day-to-day activities remotely

Previous experience in the personal development sector is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

About You

You'll likely be a good fit if you:

  • Are comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
  • Are self-motivated and results-focused
  • Are open to learning established marketing and business development processes
  • Take personal responsibility for your activity and results
  • Are comfortable with performance-based compensation
  • Have approximately 10–15+ hours per week available
  • Are interested in an independent working arrangement rather than traditional salaried employment
  • Value personal growth and continuous professional development

This is a self-employed, independent contractor role, not salaried employment. Compensation is performance-based on individual sales, with earnings varying by results. You are responsible for your own tax and self-employment obligations.
