We're looking for experienced leaders who have earned credibility through leading people, improving performance and delivering results.

CCO is a specialist Business Coaching and Consultancy company with over 25 years' experience helping organisations improve leadership, communication, teamwork and business performance. Working across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain, we partner with leaders to create lasting behavioural change that delivers measurable commercial results.

No formal coaching qualifications? That's absolutely fine. If you have the right leadership experience, credibility and potential, we'll provide comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing development to help you become an exceptional Business Coach.

We're looking for people who:

  • Have a proven track record of leading people and delivering business results
  • Currently hold, or have held, a management or senior leadership position
  • Build trust quickly and communicate with confidence
  • Are commercially minded, naturally curious and committed to continuous learning
  • Can positively challenge, support and influence senior leaders
  • Have expertise in areas such as operations, finance, Lean manufacturing, organisational change, sales, procurement, marketing, supply chain or quality
  • Have a genuine interest in human behaviour and how it influences individual, team and organisational performance
  • Are willing to travel throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and occasionally Great Britain
