Job Title: Business & Growth Coach
About John Lee Group
John Lee Group (JLG) is a globally recognized wealth creation education company, venture capital, and advisory firm. For nearly two decades, we have empowered entrepreneurs and investors worldwide through advanced coaching, masterminds, large-scale live events, digital programs, and high-level strategic advisory.
Our mission is to revolutionize financial education and empower individuals to build their own economies. We operate globally, delivering both virtual and in-person events in partnership with promoters, affiliates, and strategic collaborators.
We are entering our next stage of scale and we are looking for a business and growth coach.
Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Business & Growth Coach to support JLG clients throughout their coaching journey.
This is an internal client fulfilment role responsible for helping entrepreneurs turn strategy into practical action. The Coach will work directly with clients across business growth, entrepreneurship, social media, digital tools, and implementation.
The ideal candidate is not only confident advising business owners, but is also comfortable getting into the practical details of how a modern business operates — from improving an offer or sales process to reviewing social media strategy, funnels, systems, and digital tools.
The objective is simple: help clients make measurable progress and get value from the JLG programme.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coaching & Fulfilment
- Conduct 1:1 and/or group coaching sessions with JLG clients.
- Understand each client's business, goals, challenges and current stage of growth.
- Identify key bottlenecks and translate them into clear, achievable action plans.
- Hold clients accountable for agreed actions and follow up on progress.
- Adapt coaching recommendations based on the client's industry, resources and business maturity.
- Maintain clear notes, action items and progress updates following coaching sessions.
- Identify clients who are struggling, disengaged or at risk and escalate concerns internally where appropriate.
- Present in the Platinum Sessions from time to time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
